To Find The Best Candidates For Telecommuting?
To find out how good a candidate you -- or anyone else --
might be for success in telecommuting has long been a difficult
problem. Now it's much easier. All you need do is consider how
strongly the individual in question agrees or disagrees with
each of the statements in the American Telecommuting Association's
new Telecommuting Affinity Index.
Strong agreement with a statement scores 3 points. Strong
disagreement scores 0 points. If you're somewhere in between,
you score either 1 or 2 points.
After the Telecommuting Affinity Index has been
completed, it's easy to to interpret the point score using the
enclosed interpretation guidelines.
